Meet the Team
Michelle Wagner
Administrator
With more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Michelle has dedicated her career to successfully leading residents, their families and her staff at senior living facilities around the Sioux Falls area. Michelle possesses a Business Administration degree with an emphasis on healthcare, as well as obtaining her Assisted Living Administrator license back in 2019. Michelle is actively involved in her residents’ lives, caring deeply about their quality of life, their health care services and wellness, social relationships, keeping them busy with various activities, visiting with their loved ones, and enforcing the rules and regulations set forth by the state to ensure the safety & well-being of all the residents and staff. Michelle has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities we face in the senior care industry. When Michelle is not at work, you can find her cheering her kids on at their various sporting events, at her cabin on Lake Madison or at a golf course in the summer, out thrift store shopping…or as she would call it, her “retail therapy”. “You just never know what treasures you will find at a thrift store!”
“I consider it a great honor to be a part of the Colton Retirement Living, working with my amazing team of staff members, ensuring the highest level of service for all that we encounter.”
